~haywood224: I'm really thinking about changing my phone provider. I have talked to three different people and everytime i'm getting something different. I never ever been treated with less respect as if i'm stupid. All i asked could she transfer my number to an other phone which i just purchased and she told me she couldn't then the phone hangs up. I called back only to find out that my phone has been deactivated which i didn't giver her permission to do. she didn't ask me for any information on my account. Now i have to wait ** hour just to transfer my number because of a MRS. Maria. I'm so disappointed in straight talk especially the disrespectful people they have to assist customers!!!!
