~really, really tired of this: apparently you can only fix a problem with your service if you don't need the service. You have to call from a second phone to get any help. They won't send email help . They also don't understand the difference between problems related to incoming calls and messages not getting through and outgoing calls. They want to fix what isn't a problem.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Straight Talk. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Straight Talk problem?
