GetHuman-272571: I called for an employee because I could not fully read her account number. I was transferred several times to no avail. In fact the gentleman who kept transferring me as me at one point told me to hang up. What kind of bank is this where there are actual instructions on how to speak to a human? I never got conformation so who knows whether or not this employee will get paid. I have now been on hold for ** minutes.
