~Anonymous: I received a notice in the mail re: name change for this credit card and I should call the * on the back of my card if I had questions but I did not have a card in this name. The auto-lady also asked for my SS*- I said I don't have it. Spoke w* Ronald who asked for my SS*, told him I did not want to share it, he found me in the computer with my name, city, zip, last * of SS*. Told me when this was opened, what retailer. I told him I never had a card, only a one-time purchase. He offered to send me a card so I can at least track info re: this card. Ronald was very pleasant and helpful!
