~john rankin: The most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. Took * months to open my mother's CD and they still won't let me access the account even though I am Power of Attorney and have signed every document they have asked for. Takes forever for a return call. Then they don't do anything. Lesson learned: deal with your local banks even though they pay rotten CD rates
