GetHuman-248978: Thanks for this advice, b*c even thought the staff is helpful once you get a human....this is the worst experience I have ever had in terms of their automated system trying to give me "do it yourself alternatives" over and over again before they will FINALLY put you on hold for a person. It's really frustrating.
