~sandra gates: they have been awful .does not know what customer service is. long story short. i had *** available. never late.my cat had large wound frightened me. the vet was great they fixed him rang me up and said no. i called synchrony from their office. after i punched in my cc number. they hung up on me twice. and then on the third call ended him hanging up. the first two said their names were scam, and jesus. said they couldnt hear me and hung up. i called back finally talked to someone. he told me i was late by a hundred bucks. no way. i made my payment.i have confirmation. and HE tells me to leave my cat there. it was *** bill.i had a melt down.iam in kidney failure, and they tell me to leave my cat their. he was scared to death. crying and shaking. just like me. awfull. they should help me with this. i dont care if i pay a hundred a month. im on disability. pay what i need to on the *rd.i had no money in savings or checking. and only had ** dollars on me in cash. how cruel. since they are
