GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's T-Mobile customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~JS: A esa propaganda le falta mas informaci****n... "Liberate de Devoradores de Datos"... para meterte en en la boca del lobo. Sal de Guate-mala.... para Guate-peor! Que porqueria de compa****ia y servicio! No te ofrecen contratos, pero te enganchan con el "contrato" del pagar el celular por * a****os de igual manera. Te quieren cobrar hasta por el saludo, todos los meses tenia que llamar a reclamar por problemas de facturaci****n o servicio. La atenci****n de servicio al cliente es pesimo, cada llamada o ida a la tienda es perder al menos * horas. El servicio de internet... porqueria, la covertura del celular pesima. Cuando uno necesita de verdad el celular, ni internet, ni telefono. Ojala alguien me hubiese advertido de esta porqueria de compa****ia antes de haber tenido que lidiar con ellos. Recuerden que lo barato sale caro... Cuando tu necesitas tu telefono para estar en contacto con tu familia o tu trabajo, es mejor pagar un poco masy estar seguro! Mas vale la tranquilidad sobre esa

~JS: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~JS: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about T-Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~JS: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other T-Mobile customers?
~JS: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for T-Mobile to know who you are.
