GetHuman-431213: We've being with T-Mobile for ** years and because their coverage was getting worse we switched to different provider. And here even "worse" started. They didn't cancel our service, they kept sending us statements for more than * months now , even we called to cancel, they told us we have to pay outstanding balance to be able to cancel the service.*That is the worst experience ever. T-Mobile ***** and so their customer service.
