~no tvery good service: I had to phone three different times. I was hung up on by customer service twice. Refuse to refund my money when they charged me twice. I will not use them at all the next time and I will tell anyone who ask me about booking a hotel on line not to use them. Communication was horrible. Could not understand the person on the other line. Not conformation number via e-mail. I had to call the hotel to get the conformation number.
