~DeDe: Two months ago you messed up our billing and i received a four dollar bill, we knew this was wrong so I called and was told no that is all we are showing. Knowing this was wrong we sent extra money than received another bill within two weeks which we paid again. Now I receive a bill for almost seven hundred dollars. We have been on the phone with you all night final result from you is just deal with it. That can not happen we are a budgeted family and a double bill is not it the budget. I have been with you many years with excellent standing is this how you treat us?? You need to remember you no longer have the electric service locked up, there are plenty of other options.
