~anon: I called this number and after dialing * for operator the line gets disconnected. It happened a few times. Same issue with the ***-***-****. Once I got an operator, I informed him about online access problems and then the line dropped. My login used to work online a month ago. Now it does not work. The password reset does not work ( never receive any password reset email). The temporary password given a few days ago when I had gotten thru did not work. Don't know what is going on with the target web site and customer service phone lines.

~anon: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~anon: For that I would say four out of five.
