~irritatedredcardgirl: This was one of the worst credit card customer services I have ever had to deal with. The automated woman asks so many questions that it took me several times through just to talk to an actual person. Once I got an actual person it was just downhill from there. The woman I spoke with had a very thick middle-eastern accent (at least thats what it sounded to me) so it was hard to understand her questions. Don't get me wrong she was a super nice lady but when I spoke she would cut me off mid sentence to ask if blah blah blah was what I was calling for. When I said no and continued with my question was when I knew she wasn't actually listening to me she was just trying to hurry the call along. I will admit I was probably a little rude, but when you have to repeat yourself * times it gets a little frustrating. My personal question was about a balance transfer which I had done from my REDcard to another account. My other credit card company that I did the balance transfer with messed up and
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Target Card. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Target Card problem?
~irritatedredcardgirl: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~irritatedredcardgirl: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Target Card's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~irritatedredcardgirl: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Target Card customers?
~irritatedredcardgirl: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Target Card to know who you are.
