GetHuman-16618: I bought a britax car seat online and it was not assembled correctly. I returned to store and wanted another one. She told me she credited my credit card and to go home and order. When I got home and called it was no longer available. But I paid my credit card off. So now I have a $*** credit on my target card and have no car seat. I called customer service and the supervisor I was speaking to really did not care. Put me on hold for over ** minutes then came back. I asked for her name and she acted like she could not hear me and said customer is not responding you will need to call back. But she would pause every time I said hello. I called back nd was told no supervisors on duty and left on the phone with no hold music or anything.
