GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Target Online customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~BradA: Wait is indefinite. You have to call another department and get transferred. Service is outsourced, you can imagine how good that is. ***** online, this was so bad I am turned off to shopping in person too. They were better off letting Amazon facilitate orders.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Target Online. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Target Online problem?
~BradA: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~BradA: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Target Online customers?
