~Target Shopper: I tried calling a few different times and assumed they must have been closed since I'd wait *** minutes and no human would answer. Finally tried again today and got through after ** minutes. It's annoying because Target offers no email address on their website. I asked and here is one in case anyone's looking: *****@***.com
