GetHuman-152747: Spent one hour in walmart buying my weekly groceries only to have my check declined for reason *. Was very upset and told by asst. mgr. they did not know why I was declined I would have to call number on printout. After ** min of speaking to someone who could barely speak english he said they could run the check back through and it would be ok. The reason my check was declined was so they could verify my phone number. I left my groceries and walked out of the store. I will not be back to a merchant who uses this company. In order to get a copy of my file from telecheck they wanted me to send a copy of my drivers license to their POBox. Idiots.
