~anonymous: They refused to answer my question. I had received a letter stating the transaction had failed but my account showed the transaction. I was calling to verify it on their end. They would not answer the question. They wanted to know my checking acct number, whether it was a joint account, whether I could write checks on that account. Nothing that had anything to do with the transaction. So, I told them I would assume that they had received the money and that they were of no help whatsoever. Their rating with the BBB is D-. Only * rating lower!!! Says everything.

~anonymous: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~anonymous: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Telecheck's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anonymous: For that I would say three out of five.

~anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Telecheck to know who you are.
