~D: Sterile recorded phone gymnastics. Not the kind of service I expect for the amount of money I pay for a paper that resembles the Northwest news in volume. Not my problem that the Dispatch can't find a way to compete with the internet. Their solution is to continue to raise pricing on long standing customers while their circulatin numbers drop. I would rather speak to a person than go thru procedural promps.
