GetHuman-206736: TV forecast availability has gotten more reliable with less crawls, a new corner-of-the-screen format as a programming compromise, and more readable formats in the morning when the most people need them. But when I do have a complaint it's difficult to navigate to the web form, and I never feel like my feedback is anything more than a statistic to the Weather Channel. They don't categorize it beyond "Weather on the *'s," so what's the point of saying anything they're not going to get through data mining?
