~jo degeorge: I called asking very specific questions about the ingredients in your products. The woman on the phone, (I believe her name was Theresa) was very professional, honest and communicative. I called asking about the glycerin and honey in your products and whether or not you plan on trading with China. I am vegan used to use your fig leaf and cassis body wash and body lotion. I love them and would like to resume using them but would like to know if your glycerin (palm oil comes from a sustainable source) and where does your honey come from. If you intend to trade with China than I'm not on board because they test on animals.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Thymes.com. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Thymes.com problem?
~jo degeorge: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~jo degeorge: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Thymes.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jo degeorge: For that I would say four out of five.
