GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Ticketmaster customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-102950: love that i was not on hold for long, but a little bummed that you cant get a ticket limit number until the day they go on sale. I would rather be prepered at the counter than to scramble with monies and finding someone to buy the amount i cannot. Please give us limits before hand as it will make it easier on the customers and your employees at the ticket counter.

GetHuman-102950: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-102950: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ticketmaster's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
