~joannroh: ordered tickets on line for saturday *pm*when i get my tickets they were changed to ** show*i called immediately and spoke to someone who said he was going to take care of the problem and send me an email with new attachment for the correct time which is *pm on saturday. i was told it would arrive in half an hour now its four hours later and no email.*i call again and spoke with Ceasar who told me he took care of the problem and again i would get an email in half an hour*so far not happy and will never order ticket on line again

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~joannroh: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ticketmaster's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~joannroh: For that I would say five out of five.

~joannroh: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Ticketmaster to know who you are.
