~Hotel: As a business that is open to the public ** hours a day, *** days a year it is imperative that we're able to receive tech support at all times. In each instance I've needed Time Warner's assistance, I've been met with long waiting times and incorrect transfer of calls (when I'm finally able to reach an actual person). Not to mention, two of the three times I've been promised that a tech would show up by the end of the work day and both times I've waited for * hours and called back to hear that they accidentally scheduled us for the following day and no one is available to help us until then. Very poor service. Try other options prior to signing any contracts!

~Hotel: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Hotel: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Time Warner's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Hotel: For that I would say two out of five.
