~Eli & Mary Dubrow: I'm very unsatisfied with service. Twice they schedule apt for service and they didn't show at the time of schedule. Mon they showed up six hours later. Their excuse was they could not fix the problem they had with prior customer. They are facing quite some issues to spend * hours fixing a issue prior to coming to us. The problem here at our place has not been resolved and here we are waiting for the *nd time. They promise to be here between *am-**am and still no show. How inconsiderate of their part. We missed a doctors appointment because of their negligence. Very unprofessional service!!!
