~bdeefarrar: I called and noticed the woman that answered had a foreign accent and asked her if the call center she worked at was in the united states she said no so i asked her to transfer me to one and so she did. But to one in Mexico city. I then asked that guy to transfer me to a call center in the USA and he informed me that he couldn't. Why can't i talk to someone I'm my own country about a problem i have with a company from my own country? Why do i have to talk to someone I'm India or Mexico? I pay way more money than i should to have my issues with this company outsourced.

~bdeefarrar: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~bdeefarrar: For that I would say one out of five.
