~katiemorales: I used to use TWC for phone, internet, and cable. I had a contract with them and in the middle of the contract they upped my bill and I didn't catch it for like * months. Then I moved and the only cable provider was TWC in my area so I had to use them again. Somehow someone kept ordering **** on my account even after I locked it up tight so not even I could order ANY movies, and it still happened! They never looked into it or did anything about it but credited my account for it. Now I have direct tv and I LOVE THEM! but they don't offer internet so I have my internet through TWC and it doesn't work right!! The internet works and then it doesn't and they can't give me any explanation. They have sent someone out to my house * times this week but they still can't figure it out. Not to mention the dousche bag they contracted out to come and install my internet- totally unprofessional and had to use MY CELL phone because he didn't have one! I wouldn't waste my time with these people EVER AG

~katiemorales: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Time Warner's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~katiemorales: For that I would say one out of five.

~katiemorales: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Time Warner to know who you are.
