~Bertha Canal: After being unable to get a person, this had me connected in a minute. The foreign accent had me worried, but he was able to solve my problem w*i * minutes. Best service I've ever had from Time Warner (who should realize that we have other things to do besides keep dicking with their boxes and wait for call-backs).
