~janpitts: This number was of no help. I asked for Retention and instead of transfer, they kept the call but did not do anything except recommend I keep the service I have at the higher cost I have. Not interested in paying nearly $*** a month for Cable, Internet, and phone but since I was a long time customer they didnt want to give me a deal so I will be canceling the account and going to WOW. It's not what I wanted to do but TW doesn*t want to keep old customers just get new ones. Not much for customer service for existing customers.

~janpitts: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~janpitts: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Time Warner's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~janpitts: For that I would say five out of five.
