~the one: I paid a bill for *** on my card that i owed. They were suppose to reconnect mmy phone cable, they told me i can't get my line on because my building have a red flag on it!! How come they didn't tell me this befor they took my money? I shouldn't have to be responsible for someone else not paiying there bill. Time warner are con artist ,i wouldn't advise nobody to get there cable fro, time Warner they take your money than tell you theres nothing they can do about it. Dont use time Warner.......*****€***
