GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Time Warner customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~BeckyP: We had an appointment for installation a month in advance. They called me * weeks early at my office and cellphone ready to install.I explained it was in two weeks. Well they didn't show up yesterday and I called and it was stated that we were next. No one showed up and when I got to work they had left a message on work phone. Funny because I never gave them my work number. Well now it will be * more days to get an appointment - getting a $** credit though -this is so stupid when the installer called the work number he should have checked for another one ie cell. You have a bunch of no thinkers working there. I am currently moving and was going to switch but not now. ATT or WOW. So far, WOW has the best customer service. Why do you log the phone number to the account that someone calls in on? That is ridiculous.. thinking of changing my son to Dish.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Time Warner. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Time Warner problem?
~BeckyP: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~BeckyP: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Time Warner's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~BeckyP: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Time Warner customers?
~BeckyP: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Time Warner to know who you are.
