~fox: copy of letter sent to attorney:**Suit filed in circuit court -vs- Time Warner Cable**Harvey**Listed below is the general list of events you request in attempts at obtaining service through Time Warner Cable.**To be noted is the financial information for payment which was issued several times along with my Social Security information each time as well.**Also to be noted is that each time service was halted due to an open account from prior homeowner. I've had many personal contacts with the previous owner of the property, and it has been discovered that they had absolutely NO service with TW. The issue lies with Time Warner in THEIR systems. NO WHERE ELSE! Yet they insist on ME performing duties to rectify the problem, which I have absolutely NOTHING to do with. In effect, they want ME to do THEIR job to correct THEIR issue and THEIR problem.**Since there is NO prior service at my residence and additionally, I am a completely different tenant and homeowner, I have been constantly
