GetHuman-166988: asked about features with Tom Tom Via ****. I thought we were done, but even though I had bought the GPS used at a pawn shop, the call center associate offered me FREE LIFETIME MAPS JUST FOR CHOOSING TOM TOM!!!

GetHuman: And what about TomTom's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-166988: For that I would say two out of five.
