~Don52: Toolfetch does not stand behind the products they sell and apparently they don't accept returns. I purchased a torque wrench from them that was defective right out of the box. They told me to return it to the manufacturer. I don't want to buy something and immediately have to send it to the manufacturer for repairs. They refused to exchange it or give me a refund. Worst experiance I've ever had with a retailer.

~Don52: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Don52: For that I would say two out of five.
