~never again: Get someone who speaks English or understands it . This is the worst company to buy from , I will tell everyone I know to never buy from them .They want to see services but cant give you info or help on a * month old computer .

~never again: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~never again: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.

~never again: For that I would say two out of five.
