~JoJo: My experience with a "lemon" laptop- * times return repair within the first * months- and the rude- do nothing but read a script rep- until the third repair and they finally sent me to a US call number- *I will never buy Toshiba again -in fact I will never buy a PC again- $*** will go to Apple next time.*When will these companies figure it out?? They obviously are more concerned with profits than customers.*Just don't buy Toshiba- and stay away from Staples extended warranty- not much better with helping customers.

~JoJo: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~JoJo: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Toshiba's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~JoJo: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Toshiba customers?
~JoJo: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Toshiba to know who you are.
