GetHuman-50378: My fully paid for **** Toyota Corollas' factory installed moonroof frame is rusting from INSIDE out,went to the dealer and it will cost me $***.** in labor. My car has **k miles on it and is in great condition, Toyota rust warr.is **mo.*unlim.miles. The rust is coming from inside*out nothing I did nor object hitting my veh. caused it to rust. Toyota should do the right thing and replace the frame at NO cost to me.The problem occurred way under the warranty time*miles limit. When purchasing my veh. the dealer (who represent Toyota Corp.) couldn't be nicer, but after the deal is done service is what a customer relies on. *Purchased * siennas and * corolla from same dealer totaling approx. $***k. for $***.** Toyota lost a good customer. A veh. is a veh. but its nothing if you dont stand behind it with service and warranty

GetHuman-50378: For that I would say four out of five.
