~Bonnie: Dealt with "Tanisha" * wks ago-had no idea what she was doing. All I wanted was a new sim card mailed. Called today & unfortunately got her again. She wanted all unnecessary information. Kept me on hold for * minutes, not even saying anything-I didn't know if she was still on the line! Told me I wasn't "registered"-what does that mean? Finally, after waiting another ** minutes, the floor manager was able to tell me they would mail the sim. I don't know whether "Tanisha" is new, but you will surely loose business if she's not educated! Or your customers will have a stroke due to aggravation!! What a horrible experience!
