~Ken: chat agent "Julie" was able to resolve my problem, which involved an incomplete transfer of time and minutes from my old phone to a newly purchased one. The incomplete state had left both phones active, with the same phone number, and the minutes only partially transferred. It did take a while (about ** minutes) after first contact to get the correction made, and required several code-entry*response requests. Don't think I could have done it in voice mode* chat is really useful.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting TracFone Wireless. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a TracFone Wireless problem?
~Ken: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
