~generic2: I was fortunate to get a person who either is a native English speaker or has studied the language so much that there is no accent. Either way, she was excellent. She kept me I was transferring phone number, minutes, and service from one Tracfone to a new Tracfone. My customer support person kept me informed of every step during a long process. Her software crashed a couple of times, but she kept cool and calm, and worked on the matter until everything was solved and everything was transferred. It was the best experience I have had with any kind of customer*tech support in a very long time.**Thank you!
