~Orca Wild: The good...it took less than a minute for them to answer. And it was nice to have a person to answer who's primary language is my own! Was put on hold for operator to ask supervisor a question, but not too long. Operator was very helpful. The bad...we have to wait on a new sim card to be shipped from Miami, THEN start working on fixing our problem. Over all, this went better than expected. I started out thinking that there would be an argument or to be told I could not be helped. We are hopeful .....Orca
