~Seriously?: Yeah. It was afternoon, on November 17th.

~Seriously?: Tracfone 'technical support' rep hung up on me. She did not know how to stop the double billing on Tracfone calls or how to replace the missing *** minutes! This is the first call to Get Human's number, but ** to Tracfone today where a Pakistani or Indian rep refused to transfer me to the U.S. when she tried to solve my 'technical problem' by activating an already activated phone. She could not understand me, & didn't understand my phone number, and I had to ask her to repeat and repeat. The problem is a false message the first time I dial any number that I hang up on, & redial. It says "Your account has a ZERO balance. You'll need to expunge your account by pushing Pound Pay ***-*. Took an hour* out of my day. Tracfone is a RIPOFF!
