GetHuman-kantfind: They took the money off the card I used but never gave me what I purchased until today, which is almost two weeks later, and I had to call them to ask what happened and then was only given my **** text purchase... The customer service was okay, but am I wrong for wanting compensation in some way for having to wait two weeks for something that should have happens almost two weeks ago?
