The last time it took a month without the use of my phone.Thanks to someone I could,t understand!I am ** yrs. old and don,t need the frustration of trying to understand one of your service people who aren,t fluent in the ENGLISH language. Someone in you billing office was asleep at the switch when it came to adding my minutes automatically.I was afraid to try and have the problem remedied because of my past experience with your service people,I hope I don,t have to go through this again!
