GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Trane customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Jim: Received a call back from Trane customer service * days after my initial call. The person was unsympathetic and would not admit that the quality of the Trane replacement parts continues to decrease. She did not want to hear about the fact that I have lost * indoor coils in ** years, the last one only lasting * years and that in ** years I now have spent more than the initial unit cost. Their add "nothing can stop a Trane" should be "you should be happy of your Trane continues to run". This will be my first and last Trane product.

~Jim: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Jim: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Trane's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Jim: For that I would say four out of five.
