~Extrmlyblessed: Called because I wasn't able to review my credit report on-line due to the fact that I needed to reset my password, I was informed about the freeze on my record and the representative wanted me to call out my account numbers for various accounts, not my street address or answer questions that only I would know like equifax does, its been over *years since I used some accounts not to mention I have moved, lost things in the mail and I know there has to be fradulant things on my report because I was able to view my equifax report and remove the things that weren't mine. *I want to see my credit to fix any errors. But I am unable to look at my own personal information because I don't know account numbers to fraudulence information. And I was told that no one can look at my credit, yet I am getting declined letters from companies stating the information was received from Trans Union.*The funny thing is that when I paid for their service I had no problem getting my information from them to

~Extrmlyblessed: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Extrmlyblessed: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TransUnion's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Extrmlyblessed: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TransUnion customers?
~Extrmlyblessed: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TransUnion to know who you are.
