GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's TransUnion customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~'Merica.: Horrible phone connection to someone overseas. They would quickly spit out their words, which I could not follow at all, and then proceed to tell me I had to speak slower for them while I repeated my info. Their connection must have been chewed on by a whale someone in the sea because their first *-* words out of their mouth were not audible. It was not until mid sentence that their words did come through. Very frustrating and to top it off my problem was not solved due to a computer error on their end. So I either have to call back, yea right, or mail in a letter to an adress where I only understood the state and zip code. Terrible service Transunion!

GetHuman: And what about TransUnion's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~'Merica.: For that I would say three out of five.

~'Merica.: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TransUnion to know who you are.
