~ImpatientTraveler: Travelers is a good company. Best rates I could get in Florida. It seemed to take an inordinate amount of effort on my part to get the policy set up, though. Lots of paperwork, a car inspection, a failed recurring payment. I'm used to making a ten minute call and being done with the transaction. Not with these guys. They also seem to be closed every time I want to communicate with them. Most major companies these days have **** customers service. Not these guys. This is disappointing to me. Come on folks. We're in the information age. Get it together. **** phone support, live chat, something... When I can't pick up the phone and speak to someone at *:** am I get the impression the business doesn't care about me. Do they realize I work during the day? But if you like the rates and can deal with the fact that they're in the stone age technologically, and that you'll have to use your lunch half hour to call them, then this is probably the company for you.

~ImpatientTraveler: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~ImpatientTraveler: For that I would say three out of five.
