~nichole: Horrible follow up. * yrs in a row of not showing up when promised, when they miss coming due to weather or if they run out of chemical they don't come back the next day, you go to the end of the list and wait weeks. Last year I asked them to measure another area of my lawn, didn't show up when I was told they would,eventually they came and measured. This year they didn't spray the xtra area they measured the last year for me so again i called, they said they needed to measure again never showed up when they said they would. Why wasn't this measurement in the system from last year? Even when I complained about it, I was promised a call in ** hrs, its been * days and no call. So, I cancelled my service. I'm too busy to babysit a service I pay for.Enough chances.

~nichole: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~nichole: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TruGreen's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~nichole: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TruGreen customers?
~nichole: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TruGreen to know who you are.
