~JT423: *st response is a robot, but the robot worked as programs and got me to a live person within a couple of minutes and no run-around. The person was very helpful.* I am a bit dismayed at the fact that Turbo Tax "Help" or "Contact Us" does not provide their phone number nor even an email address or chat feature. Are they only concerned about customer service during the time of the year when they are selling their product?
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting TurboTax. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a TurboTax problem?
~JT423: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~JT423: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TurboTax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~JT423: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TurboTax customers?
~JT423: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TurboTax to know who you are.
